Fashion Forcasting Fall winter 2011 - 2012

         
STORY #1 DEVINE PEACE
 
         
   
         

This story is a tribute to the departed soul ,from the world of vanities to a vampire ball, a stroll through an ultra-black atmosphere for serial-fashionistas. Glam-rock perfectos conjugate with a dandy, masculine – feminine wardrobe and Victorian era capes.


Colors play up majestic black and a pallete of nocturnal tones balanced out by grayed pastels and accessorized with an electric blue.

 
    Black Desire:-
    1. Minicape, fur collar, zip closure, above-knee stretch dress.
    • Motorcycle style blouson mini skirt and top with netting effect.
    • Double-breasted leather jacket over wide plated pants.

      FABRIC:
           A black mood for coated wool, fake suede and. felted wool, a stretched effect on  gabardine for a pencil skirt paired with lighter weight: double weave voile and textured cotton.

      b) Masculine – Feminine: 

  1. Wide, pleated high – waisted pants with suspenders, shirt with french cuffs.
  2. Wide, high waisted cuffed pants with marked pleat, vest, shirt with gathered sleeves.
  3. Long belted, leather  reefer coat with patch pocket, above-ankle cigarette pants
  4. Fitted shirt, scarf collar, patch pockets
  5. Suit Jacket, shirt, cuffed cigarette pants.

     FABRICS:
           Velvets with masculine strips or coppery pannes are conjugated with silky looks  and  micro-pleats for shirts and blouses. Felted lodens are like carapace fabrics.

     c) Black Magic:

  1. Cape with round, pleated collar, short, ¾ sleeve cardigan, knee-length skirt.
  2. Cape with double- breasted closure, rolled-bottom pant suits short jacket, shirt with jobot.
  3. Mid-thigh skirt with elastic waist.
  4. Dress with pleats, gathers and transparencies.
  5. Belted dress with bib front seaming, bottom with ruffled flaunces.

 

     FABRICS:
          Mellow softness for cashmeres or polyester gabadine, ruggedly soft basket weaves in washi paper fibers, veiled transparencies for ruffled blouse and a focus on an unusual face in an origami mood.

 
STORY #2 INIGMATIC MARVEL
 
   
 

The post modern mood of the 80’s and Ettore Sottsass’ Memphis style. A graphic use of colors revalidates basics and rexives a triangular, structured, sharp sensibility or, in contrast, a monochromatic mood conjugates with cool, radical optical, kinetic colorama relies on the impact of poppy red while winter turquise marches alongside total-look darts.

  1. MEMPHIS.

 

    1. Carrot jump suit with elasticated waist, printed inverted pleats at the front.
    2. Graphic printed dress with asymmetric panels & turtleneck.
    3. Sleeveless Boy Friend Blazer, Geometric printed under collar. Long pleated skirt.
    4. Short Sleeve jacket with graphic cut lapel. High waisted geometric multi panel mini skirt.
    5. Over-sized jacket with padded shoulders. High waisted tapered trousers.

FABRICS:
           Smooth hands for warm woolens and satiny cottons woolly denim for jeans wear “tailored” for the city, refined ottomans for colorfull tops.

  1. KINETIC
  2. Spenser with tails and shoulder pads. Hareem trouser with intricate pleating around waist.
  3. Ballon shaped sleeved jacket with shawl collar. Wide ethnic belt. Tapered trousers with gathered rolled up hem.
  4. Knitted dress with maxi collar. Wide voluminous sleeve with shoulder panels.
  5. Sleeveless jacket, pleats on shoulder line. Wrap-over skirt drapped along hemline worn ever drain-pipe trousers
  6. Shawl collar blazer with padded shoulders. Fancy jersey dress & knitted leggings

 
FABRICS:
           Wintery fabrics play up Shetlands and wool twills knit cardigan-jackets accent stitch games, flat knits are worked in broken twills while prints adopt a graphic style. As for light weights, they contrast between ultra matness and glossy technicals.
 

    1. MONOCHROMY     
      1. Silk blouse, rope details on shoulder and asymmetric fastening. Mid-thing pleated culotte skirt.
      2. Belted jacket with padded shoulders. Long skirt with plated panel at bottom centre front.
      3. Belted long sleeve dress with padded shoulders .raglan sleeves, pleating details at shoulders and center front.
      4. Corset worn over Italian collared skirt. Wrap-over midcalf skirt double breasted, with leather panel.
      5. Fitted jacket with padded shoulders, mandarin collar, pockets with inverted pleats. Wide-hem Bermuda with patched pockets.

FABRICS:
           Precious metallic jacquards, a second skin effect for, Milano jerseys radical gabardines and glossy, colorfull silkies for elegant everyday looks.

 
STORY #3 RETRO REMANENCE
 
   
 

A nostal-chic mood of 50’s, a desire for quality materials and sustainable products, a timeless style drawing inspiration from the world of photographer Ervin Olaf. The path continues through a 60’s Jacki Kennedy elegance to the 70’s when relaxation was already associated with elegance.
           

A soft range of cashmere shades are chilled by silvery mirror tones and heated by worn pomegranate red spiced by a flash of saffron yellow.

  1. FIRST CLASS:
    1. Short, patch-pocketed blouson, self belted pants.
    2. Belted & waist, sleeveless jackets over Bermuda’s.
    3. Wide, belted, below knee coat.
    4. Jacket and mini-skirt over jersey catsuit.
    5. Wide overcoats, knit sleeveless cardigan dress
    6. Long coat, under sweater, suspendered, pleated pants.

 

FABRICS:
            Enveloping, warm fabrics for refined coats, plaids continuous in tweed or windowpane checks, soft furs, sanded serges for pants and ultra-thin jerseys for under-sweaters

  1. HIGH SOCIETY:

 

  1. Fur-collared jackets with patch pockets, low-cut surplice top, wrap skirt
  2. Suit with cropped jackets and wide pleat pants.
  3. Wrap trench coat, knit turtle neck, straight skirt.
  4. Long belted jacket, wrap closure and straight skirt.
  5. Patch-pocketed trench.
  6.  

FABRICS:  
           The alteration of feminine, rustic wool gauzes or micro-tweeds, and sophisticated, glossy jerseys and coppery twills all with a sense of elegance.

  1. WHITE HOUSE:
  1. Knit jacket with appliquéd rhine stones, wide pants that cover shoes.
  2. Short fur coat, dress with embroidered rhine stones.
  3. High waisted, plated pants, low cut top and knit vest with rhinestones.
  4. Knit dress embroidered with rhinestones.

FABRICS:

                    A comfortable evening in angora jerseys scattered with luxurious sequins, silvery jacquards on chiffon and metallic with coppery or oxidized effects
 
STORY #4 LAVISHLY  BIZARRE
 
   
 

The extravagance dear to eclectic English aristocrats or fashion muses like Isabella Blow and Grey Garden ladies.A world of nonchalant, unbridled fantasy where novelty accessories, weired hairdoes, furs, ruffles and glamorous bows set a strange, mischievous tone. A precious, savory color range lets loose in extravagant shadings such as “old-lady” parmas sidling up next to flamboyant rusts.

  1. ENGLISH EXT RAVAGANC

 

    1. Long jacket, gathered sleeves, cigarette pats.
    2. Double breasted reefer coat and skirt.
    3. ¾ - sleeve suit, printed blouse, pleated pant.
    4. Raglan-sleeved coat, double – breasted with patch pockets.

FABRICS:
           Mellow felts and recolored harris tweeds recall England, wool and silk gauzes play up tweeds dots are organized graphically and flat weavers are conjugated with stretch.

  1. GREY GARDENS

 

  1. Belted jackets, mini peplum, wide, sleeveless, fur collar, high-waisted pants.
  2. Smoked jersey vest, love edged sweater.
  3. Vest with shifted zip closure, short skirt with pleats at hip.

FABRICS:
           Hairy fake furs and mohair woolen cross with milano jerseys and winter linens. A graphic effect for hounds tooth on cotton grounds and printed silk.

  1. Surprise Party

 

  1. Shirt and vest with mini ruffled edges, new jodhpur pants.
  2. Fur coat, blouse with jabot, midcuff jodhpurs.
  3. Gathered sleeve tuxedo jacket, boned bustier, cigarette skirt.
  4. Bustier dress, fur stole.

FABARICS:
       The  extra vagance of decorative blends mixing garden prints and recolored, vegetable dyed camounflages with metallic tweeds and bronze green ottomans. Precions voiles are ideal for dramatic blouses.
